NB: Symantec Does not make any change to your active directory it only mirrors it in SEPM, If you make any changes in Symantec Endpoint protection manager it will  not be reflected in AD, However if you make any changes in AD will be reflected in SEPM.

USING MIGRATION AND DEPLOYMENT WIZARD

Go to Start >> All programs >> Symantec >> Symantec Endpoint protection Manager >> Migration and Deployment Wizard.

Click on next

First Insert the disk or get the Latest DVD from http://fileconnect.symantec.com

Click on install Symantec Endpoint protection manager
